💸 Temscraft Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Temscraft product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

🛍️ Returns

• You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original packaging and condition.
• To start a return, email us at hello@temscraft.com  with your order number and reason for return.

 

🔁 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for sizing issues or product defects.
• If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.

 

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

• Used items or items without original packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

 

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We’ll provide a return label if eligible.
